Terrine

We went to my moms for an giant grazing lunch yesterday, salami (is salami like fish in that its its own plural ?), parma ham, cheeses, breads, pesto, sundried stuff and pickled stuff, you get the picture. But an element of it was the Avoca pork, chicken and apricot terrine that i could never understand why you would order, well... its good, very good! I had always thought it looked too offaly, not the county but the innards.
